| What File Formats do
I get? |
Our files come in .EPS and/or
.AI which are compatible with all sign-making programs, Adobe
Illustrator and CorelDraw.
If your file has a "Digital" color fill, it will also include files in .tiff
or .jpeg |

| I am having
difficulties opening and using my download |
All files are sent in .ZIP format and
must be extracted before you can use them.
Save them to a folder on your hard drive.
Go to that folder and double-click to start the extraction process.
Select a folder (can be the same one) to Extract to.
Follow the instructions from there. Once extracted use the import
feature of your software to bring the file into your program. |
| CorelDraw |
Some versions of CorelDraw require the
installation of a Postscript printer driver before a file can be
viewed in vector format. If your file imports and appears to be a
bitmap (no vector lines) this is most likely the problem. Consult your
CorelDraw documentation to solve this problem |
| Files with .tiff and
.jpeg fills. |
Files that contain gradient, styles or
unusual fills will have the vector (or cut file) and will also include
a number of tiff or jpeg files for digital printing.
Place the vector file on top of the digital file and enlarge them
together to the size you want. Then proceed to cut & print from there. |
